    Seth Rollins takes the top spot on the PWI 500 2019 List.

    With 2019 being a breakout year for the likes of current WWE Champion Kofi Kingston and other PWI 500 Alumni such as AJ Styles and IWGP Champion Kazuchika Okada. The current reigning and defending WWE Universal Champion has topped the PWI 500 List for 2019.

    In an interview with Pro Wrestling Illustrated, Rollins said “As difficult as it can be, this is all I ever wanted to be in this position, to be having this conversation with you talking about being the absolute best wrestler on the entire planet,”

    Rollins told PWI. “I don’t think there is a single part of me that would trade any second of it.”

    The PWI 500 List is an eagerly anticipated list that dedicates its analysis based on Wins & Losses, Championships won, quality of competition, major feuds, prominence withing a wrestlers promotion and their ability.

    The Beast Slayer has joined the likes, WWE Hall of Famers Steve Austin and Triple H, as the only Professional Wrestler’s to have earnt the top rank #1 spot twice. Seth Rollins has previously topped the list back n 2015.

    The WWE Universal Champion spoke with PWI and shared his thoughts on joining to the exclusive club.

    “Those guys obviously are elite,” Rollins said. “They are in a class all their own. They are Hall of Famers. So, to be mentioned amongst them is pretty special.”
