WWE Money In The Bank 2021: How To Watch, Start Time and Full Match Card

It’s been a long time coming but on on Sunday, July 18th, WWE will be producing a PPV in front of a live capacity crowd, when they present Money In The Bank 2021 from the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.

The show will be the first PPV held in front of a restriction free live crowd since Elimination Chamber on 8th March last year, which was held at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

Money In The Bank historically sets up the two top title challengers for the forthcoming year in both the men’s and women’s divisions, although last year, women’s winner Asuka actually received the Raw Women’s Title as Becky Lynch later announced her pregnancy and had to vacate the belt. On the men’s side, Otis reigned supreme last year but then lost the briefcase to The Miz, who would successfully cash in against Drew McIntyre, before losing the WWE Title to current reigning champion Bobby Lashley just two weeks later.

Anyway, with just under three weeks to go until bell time at one of the year’s most hotly anticipated events, here’s everything you need to know about the show so far.

WHEN IS MONEY IN THE BANK 2021?

As previously mentioned, WWE Money In The Bank will take place on Sunday 18th July, with a start time of 1am for those of us in the United Kingdom.

HOW CAN YOU WATCH MONEY IN THE BANK 2021?

First things first, before bell time on the main card, the official MITB 2021 pre-show will be available on the WWE Network (Peacock if you’re in the US), WWE.com, the WWE app, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Twitch at 12am.

As for the main show, the aforementioned WWE Network/Peacock is your best bet, but if you aren’t yet subscribed, you can also hit up BT Box Office.

WHAT MATCHES ARE ON THE MONEY IN THE BANK 2021 CARD?

With less than a month to go until the event, the card for this year’s show is shaping up nicely, with both men’s and women’s MITB ladder matches taking shape, while the title pictures themselves have been shaken up with a returning Edge challenging Roman Reigns and Kofi Kingston fighting his way back into WWE Title contention.

The card at the time of writing currently looks like this:

Universal Title Match: Roman Reigns (c) vs Edge

WWE Title Match: Bobby Lashley (c) vs Kofi Kingston

Raw Women’s Title Match: Rhea Ripley (c) vs Charlotte

Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match (so far): Alexa Bliss vs Nikki Cross vs Naomi vs Asuka vs Carmella

Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match (so far): Riddle vs Ricochet vs John Morrison vs Big E

There are some ‘last chance’ qualifying matches being held on Raw and SmackDown this week to determine the final few participants in both matches, including a very tasty looking Last Man Standing match between Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn on SmackDown.

Elsewhere on the card, Bianca Belair and Bayley are expected to wrap up their feud over the SmackDown Women’s Title while all eyes will be on any potential surprises which may set up major programmes for SummerSlam in August.
